With  experience in a number of modalities, my goal is to work with you to meet your body's needs.  On your initial appointment we will spend up to 15 minutes in consultation completing the forms required and discussing what you are wishing to gain from the massage treatment. We will also discuss any medical conditions that need to be taken in consideration.  This is addition time to you treatment. At no extra cost, So if you have time restraints please factor this extra time in.  

If you have any special requirements on massage for pain relief and relaxation Please let me know if possible in-advance of your appointment.  If you require additional support on the table as laying flat is uncomfortable this can be provided. Or if a particular smell of essential oil is not agreeable or you wish to have certain oils used.  I will accommodate to the best of my ability.  Make this experience yours to enjoy.
